Buyers have the right to cancel reservations without any financial penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount. Please contact us via email or contact form if so.
If the Buyer has paid for the tour but fails to show up, the entire amount paid will be retained by the platform.
Changes to Reservations
Buyers can request changes to their reservations up to 48 hours before the start date without any additional fee, via their confirmation email.
Changes requested less than 48 hours before the start date will incur an additional fee, please contact us via email or contacts form.
