Cancellations by Buyer
- Buyers have the right to cancel reservations without any financial penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount. Please contact us via email or contact form if so.
- If the Buyer has paid for the tour but fails to show up, the entire amount paid will be retained by the platform.
Changes to Reservations
- Buyers can request changes to their reservations up to 48 hours before the start date without any additional fee, via their confirmation email.
- Changes requested less than 48 hours before the start date will incur an additional fee, please contact us via email or contacts form.
